Click and Collect - Delivery and returns

We really want your favourite sweets to reach you in tip - top condition. We go to great lengths to source great quality products and to package and label them properly (all the ingredients are listed on our website), but once a delivery has left our premises, we can’t control what happens to it. If your parcel happens to arrive in a damaged condition that has affected the quality of the product inside, we want to know about it. Please email us at info@sweets4me.co.uk
We offer a Click and Collect service to shoppers in Centre:MK We also use the Royal Mail or DPD for some deliveries or we may deliver personally in Milton Keynes. We dispatch parcels Monday – Friday (excluding bank holiday). Stock allowing, orders placed before noon will be dispatched on the same working day, whilst orders placed after noon will be dispatched the following working day. Orders will normally be received within 3-5 working days of acceptance of the order.
We always do our utmost to get your sweets to you as quickly as possible. However, if there is a problem with sending your order you can rest assured that we will be in touch as quickly as possible to resolve any issues or problems.

- Up to 1kg – £3.50
- From 1kg to 2kg – £4.50
- From 2kg to 5kg – £8.00
- From 5kg to 10kg – £10

How do I know if my item has been dispatched?
All orders placed before 12pm (GMT) will be shipped that day, dependant on payment and stock availability. You will receive a dispatch confirmation via email, sent to the email address on your online account.
Your use of the www.sweets4me.co.uk and purchase of the products (or services) (“products”) on it means that you agree to these terms and conditions (“Terms”).
Shopping with www.sweets4me.co.uk You can order products online via this website. When you place an order for a product in any of the ways described above (“order”) you are offering to buy it for the price stated, subject to these Terms.
When you place your order online, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. This email confirmation will be produced automatically (subject to you providing your correct valid email address) so that you have confirmation of your order details. The fact that you receive an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your order. Once we have sent the confirmation email, we will then check availability and select, pack, process your order and book the courier then contact you with a further email to confirm shipment and delivery details, this order dispatch email will be deemed acceptance.
Stock availability
If any of your ordered products are unavailable we will either replace with similar product or brand if it's only a small amount or we will contact you to offer an alternative product and/or inform you we are low or out of stock on your ordered item/s - Please be advised when you require a large amount of the same pro duct that it is best to email us before ordering to check our stock levels as we also sell directly from our shop/s and other online platforms and websites.
All new orders are deemed separate and each is treated individually. Sweets 4 Me may cancel any sale and not supply products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of products at any time at its sole discretion. If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the products will be refunded in full. This doe s not affect your Statutory Rights.

We do not Manufacture any Sweets or Confectionery Products which are supplied to us direct from either the Manufacturers or Wholesalers.
Hot weather
Any heat – sensitive items shipped in hot weather are entirely at your own risk, and we cannot replace items that melt or are otherwise heat damaged in transit. However, to help you mitigate the risk we offer a faster 1-3 working day delivery service to help your goods reach you swiftly which are still sent at your own risk and we cannot accept any returns for goods damaged/effected by the very warm weather conditions.
Delivery information
Sweets4me.co.uk delivers to destinations inside the UK ONLY. You will be notified of the delivery costs automatically before you submit your credit card details which are clearly shown on our checkout page with a guide price shown on the basket page.
UK orders under 2kg in total parcel weight are usually dispatched by Royal Mail 24 or 48 services and over 2kg in total weight are usually dispatched by DPD. Our couriers may require a signature and operate between 8am and 6pm on weekdays only, so please specify an address where someone will be able to sign for your products between these hours. If not, a card will be left for you from the delivery company. You will receive a dispatched email from us the day your parcel is ready for collection from the courier or Royal Mail.
We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on our website, but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If the products are not delivered within the estimated delivery time which we quote, please contact us by telephone or email and we will try and ensure that you receive your order, as quickly as possible, or if you wish you may cancel your order and we will refund the money you have paid.
Please note that while items sent by Royal Mail usually arrive within 2-3 days, Royal Mail stipulates that only items still not delivered after 15 working days can be officially classified as lost. Please order from sweets4me.co.uk with enough lead – time to prevent any loss or disappointment resulting from the delivery time as sweets4me.co.uk cannot be responsible for this. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Missing items, delayed orders, damaged or faulty goods
On arrival of your order please check full contents of items straight away and report any missing items or incorrect orders or any damaged goods must be reported to us via e - mail asap within 7 days of receipt, please do not destroy any damaged or incorrect orders until we have replied as we ma y require items to be returned.
You must allow up to 14 days from your order date for any items/orders to arrive before we can offer any refunds/replacements to be sent as Royal Mail will not accept any parcel to be lost until 15 working days from the expected delivery date as passed.
Please also note that we cannot be held responsible for any parcel/goods/order that does not arrive in time for your required event/time frame or is delayed/lost in transit - we cannot offer any compensation for any of your out of pocket costs other than to offer a full replacement or a full refund in the event of your parcel not arriving after the couriers set claims time frame. Due to the nature of the products if cereal arrives with the outer box damaged, we cannot accept this as a refund (the box is doing its job your cereal inside will be intact) nor with cans of drink being dented.
All the above does not include exclude your statutory rights.
Please make sure if you place your order that someone is available between 8am-8pm Monday-Sunday at your delivery address to accept/sign for your parcel and report any failed delivery within 5 days of your confirmation dispatch email. Please note that we cannot pass any message to any of our courier/delivery service providers to leave your parcels in the garden/backyard/near the bins/garage etc – parcels do need to be delivered to the front door to someone at that address and may also need to be signed for – if this is an issue we strongly suggest you provide a delivery address where someone will be available to accept/sign for your parcel.
We reserve the right to change/use any type of delivery/courier service as we see fit to delivery/ship your parcel – in some areas, we operate our own delivery network which may deliver 7 days a week between the hours of 8am-7pm and our own network usually covers Milton Keynes.

You can add a note at checkout to deliver your parcel to another house number in your street close to your house/address if you are out, but you must confirm the full address.
